Solve “Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API” while Hibernation
tOne of our readers came across this problem that while trying to put his system on the Hibernation mode he faced this problem reading “Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API”. If this is the case with you as well then here is the solution to solve the problem.
Cause of the Problem:
The problem is due to the fact that the Windows kernel power manager is unable to get the allotted memory resources required to put the system in the Hibernate mode.
Steps:
The fix is itself provided by the Microsoft as a hotfix and it just requires a restart after that.
The hot fix is actually an Update provided by MS and can be downloaded from here. But in case it don’t work then you can just disable the hibernation feature by getting into thePower Management settings.

After restarting the computer, the problem must have gone.
